2009-06-26: The third Jazoon09 conference has ended very successfully with a record number of 1080 participants. „Netcetera is one of Jazoon’s initiators. We wanted to strengthen Switzerland internationally as an attractive center for software development with the focus on professional education – and we made the breakthrough.” says Vckovski, Netcetera’s CEO. At Netcetera's programming contest "CodeFu" for software engineers Igor Kulev, Bojana Popovska and Vasja Pavlov won the contest and solved the problems with the shortest codes.

Wemlin: Travel in and around Zürich with free iPhone application
2009-06-02: Netcetera launched its new iPhone application "Wemlin". The software works for all means of public transport in and around Zürich, and also includes night lines and the bus network of the city of Schaffhausen. The application can be downloaded in the iTunes Store for free. Wemlin enables iPhone users to travel without haste and quickly display upcoming departures of any nearby stops within the Zurich Transport Network (Zürcher Verkehrsverbund). Wemlin was formerly known as "Tramdroid", Netcetera's first and very popular mobile application for the public transport in the city of Zurich.
